افغان “طبقاتی قانون” کی حقیقت اور میڈیا ہائپ کا تجزیہ
پچھلے ایک ہفتے سے پاکستان کے الیکٹرانک میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا پر ایک عجیب اودھم مچا ہوا ہے۔ ہر نیوز چینل، ہر ٹاک شو اور خاص طور پر ہمارے “لبرل صحافی” اس طرح ہانپتے کانپتے پروگرام کر رہے ہیں جیسے کوئی بہت بڑی انسانی تباہی آ گئی ہو۔ دعویٰ یہ کیا جا رہا ہے کہ پڑوسی ملک افغانستان میں ایک ایسا قانون لاگو ہو گیا ہے جس میں انسانوں کو “چار طبقات” میں تقسیم کر دیا گیا ہے۔
میں کئی دنوں سے خاموشی سے اس تماشے کو دیکھ رہا تھا اور انتظار کر رہا تھا کہ یہ خبر ایمازون کے کسی گھنے جنگل یا سمندر کی گہرائیوں میں چھپے کسی جزیرے کی نہیں بلکہ پانچ کروڑ کی آبادی رکھنے والے ہمارے پڑوسی ملک کی ہے۔ اگر واقعی ایسا کوئی قانون بنا ہے تو اس کا اصل مسودہ، اس کی سرکاری دستاویزات اور قانون کی دفعات بھی سامنے آئیں گی۔ لیکن حیرت کی بات ہے کہ ایک ہفتہ گزر گیا، ٹاک شوز میں آسمان سر پر اٹھا لیا گیا، مگر کسی ایک چینل یا دانشور نے وہ “اصل کاغذ” نہیں دکھایا جس پر یہ قانون لکھا ہے۔
چنانچہ آج میں نے خود اس کی ڈوری کا سرا ڈھونڈنے کے لیے تحقیق شروع کی، اور جو کچھ سامنے آیا وہ ہمارے میڈیا کی “تحقیقاتی صحافت” کے منہ پر ایک زوردار طمانچہ ہے۔
خبر کا اصل سورس: “رواداری” نامی گمنام ویب سائٹ
جب میں نے اس خبر کی جڑ تلاش کی تو معلوم ہوا کہ یہ سارا شوشہ “رواداری” (Rawadari) نامی ایک گمنام ویب سائٹ سے چھوڑا گیا ہے۔ اس ویب سائٹ کو چند افغان خواتین چلا رہی ہیں جو برطانیہ اور دیگر مغربی ممالک میں بیٹھ کر “انسانی حقوق” کا راگ الاپ رہی ہیں۔
اس نام نہاد تنظیم کی حقیقت درج ذیل ہے:
دفتر اور شناخت کا فقدان: اس تنظیم کا نہ کوئی جسمانی دفتر ہے، نہ کوئی فون نمبر اور نہ ہی کوئی زمینی وجود۔ یہ صرف ایک انٹرنیٹ پیج ہے۔
فنڈنگ کے ڈانڈے: اس ویب سائٹ کو کینیڈا، سوئٹزرلینڈ، نیدرلینڈز اور چند مخصوص بین الاقوامی این جی اوز فنڈ کر رہی ہیں جن کا مقصد ہی مخصوص بیانیہ پھیلانا ہے۔
پراپیگنڈہ سیل: برطانیہ میں بیٹھ کر یہ چند خواتین ایک رپورٹ جاری کرتی ہیں اور ہمارا میڈیا اسے “آسمانی صحیفہ” سمجھ کر نشر کرنا شروع کر دیتا ہے۔
افغان سرکاری ویب سائٹس کی خاموشی
میں نے جب افغانستان کی سرکاری وزارتِ انصاف (Ministry of Justice) کی ویب سائٹ کو چھانا، جہاں ان کے تمام قوانین اور گزٹس پبلش ہوتے ہیں، تو وہاں دور دور تک ایسے کسی قانون یا مسودے کا نشان نہیں ملا۔ جس ملک کا قانون بتایا جا رہا ہے، اس کے سرکاری ریکارڈ میں ایسی کسی طبقاتی تقسیم کا کوئی ذکر ہی موجود نہیں۔
ہمارے میڈیا کا حال
ہمارے میڈیا کا حال یہ ہے کہ جیسے کہیں خیرات بٹ رہی ہو اور ہر چینل اپنا حصہ ڈالنا لازمی سمجھتا ہے، بالکل اسی طرح اس جھوٹی خبر میں بھی سب نے اپنا “لازمی حصہ” ڈالا۔ لبرل صحافیوں کی فوج ظفر موج نے بغیر تصدیق کیے ایسے پروگرام کیے جیسے وہ خود اس قانون کے گواہ ہوں۔
سچ تو یہ ہے کہ یہ صرف ایک منظم “انفارمیشن وار” ہے جسے بیرونی فنڈنگ پر چلنے والی ایک گمنام ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے لانچ کیا گیا اور ہمارے میڈیا نے بغیر عقل استعمال کیے اسے سچ مان لیا۔ انسانیت کی ایسی تقسیم نہ قانون مفرد اعضاء (طب پاکستانی) کے اصولوں کے مطابق ممکن ہے اور نہ ہی آج کے دور کی کسی ریاست میں اس کا کوئی وجود ہے۔
یہ تحقیق ثابت کرتی ہے کہ میڈیا پر چلنے والی ہر سنسنی خیز خبر سچی نہیں ہوتی، بلکہ اکثر اس کے پیچھے ایک مخصوص ایجنڈا اور غیر ملکی فنڈنگ کام کر رہی ہوتی ہے۔
The Myth of the Afghan “Class Law” and Media Hype: An Investigative Report

For the past week, a strange frenzy has taken over Pakistan’s electronic and social media. Every news channel, talk show, and particularly our “liberal journalists” have been conducting programs with such breathless urgency as if a massive humanitarian catastrophe has unfolded. The claim being peddled is that our neighbor, Afghanistan, has implemented a new law that divides human beings into “four distinct classes.”
I have been observing this spectacle in silence for several days, waiting for the facts to emerge. After all, this news does not concern some hidden location in the Amazon rainforest or a remote spot at the bottom of the ocean; it concerns a neighboring country of 50 million people. Logic dictates that if such a law were enacted, the original draft, official documents, and specific legal clauses would eventually surface. Yet, a week has passed, and while talk shows have been shouting from the rooftops, not a single channel or intellectual has produced the “original paper” on which this law is supposedly written.
Consequently, I decided to trace the thread back to its origin myself. What I discovered is a stinging slap in the face of our media’s so-called “investigative journalism.”
The Source: An Obscure Website Named “Rawadari”
Upon digging for the root of this news, I discovered that this entire facade was orchestrated by an obscure website called “Rawadari.” This platform is operated by a few Afghan women based in the UK and other Western countries, who chant the mantra of “human rights” from abroad.
The reality of this so-called organization is as follows:
Lack of Physical Presence: The organization has no physical office, no contact number, and no grounded existence. It is merely an internet page.
Funding Trails: This website is funded by Canada, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and certain international NGOs whose primary objective is to propagate a specific narrative.
Propaganda Cell: These few women, sitting in the UK, release a “report,” and our media treats it as “divine revelation,” broadcasting it without a second thought.
Silence of the Official Websites
I thoroughly searched the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Afghanistan, where all their laws and gazettes are published. There was no sign, mention, or draft of any law pertaining to “class division.” In the very country where this law is allegedly in effect, the official records bear no testimony to its existence.
Conclusion of the Investigation
The state of our media is such that whenever a sensational narrative is being distributed—much like charity—every channel feels obligated to grab its share. Our army of liberal journalists jumped on the bandwagon without an iota of verification, conducting programs as if they were personal witnesses to the law’s enactment.
The truth is, this is nothing more than an organized “Information War.” It was launched through an anonymous website fueled by foreign funding, and our media blindly swallowed it as truth. Such a regressive division of humanity is neither possible under the principles of Qanun-e-Mufrad-Aaza (Pakistani Medicine) nor does it have any place in the governance of any modern state today.
This investigation proves that not every sensational story on the media is true; more often than not, there is a specific agenda and foreign funding working behind the scenes.
